PalmView builds custom homes, additions, and high-end renovations across the GTA. We deliver a high-quality, organized, and stress-free experience for our clients, combining strong execution with a modern, tech-driven approach to construction. Our pipeline is growing from referrals, architects, Google Ads, and Committee of Adjustment leads. We need a closer who can turn leads into signed projects.

The Role

This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential. You'll work qualified inbound leads, guide clients through their renovation or custom home journey, and close projects. If you understand construction and enjoy sales, this is a strong opportunity.

Compensation

- 100% commission role with a $30,000 annual advance paid against your commissions, so you have steady income while you build your pipeline
- ~2% commission on projects closed (based on construction value, before tax, with minimum margin requirements)
- ~3% commission on annual sales exceeding $6M
- Commission paid at key project milestones
- Company phone and laptop provided
- Typical earnings range: $80,000 to $200,000+ based on performance

What You'll Own Sales & Client Engagement

- Fast response to every current lead and booking consultations
- Running discovery calls and site visits: scope, budget, timeline, and fit
- Working with our estimating and design team to present preliminary budgets and proposals
- Following up until every lead is a yes or a no. Nothing sits.
- Converting leads into signed construction projects

Business Development

- Building relationships with architects, designers, and real estate partners
- Prospecting Committee of Adjustment applications and new-build opportunities
- Generating referral-based opportunities

Project Handoff

- Working with estimators, designers, and project managers for a smooth handoff
- Maintaining client communication through early project stages

Reporting

- Keeping Copper CRM clean, current, and accurate
- Weekly sales updates and performance tracking

What You Bring

- 3+ years in sales, ideally construction,



renovation, real estate, or high-ticket home services
- Residential construction experience (additions or custom homes) is a strong asset
- Comfortable talking budget with high-net-worth homeowners
- Strong understanding of construction scope and pricing, or the drive to learn it fast
- Disciplined follow-up and CRM habits
- Confident, polished, and direct in writing and in person
- Comfortable in a commission-based role where your results drive your income
- Valid G licence, clean driving record, and your own vehicle

Work Environment

- Field-based across the GTA, with office time in Concord
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
