Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across our retail operations. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily sales activities, develop strategic plans to expand our customer base, and ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained. Duties

- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals through effective coaching, training, and performance management
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives to increase market share and customer engagement
- Manage merchandising efforts to optimize product placement, pricing, and promotional displays that attract customers and boost sales
- Drive lead follow up and CRM discipline across the team
- Conduct recruiting activities such as interviewing candidates, onboarding new staff, and supervising team development initiatives
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism,



ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement in store performance

Experience

- Proven experience in retail sales management or store management with a robust track record of achieving sales targets
- Supervising experience in a retail environment with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Valid VSA licence , Valid BC drivers licence
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising principles, pricing strategies, and purchasing procedures
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Experience in recruiting, training & development, budgeting, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while overseeing multiple responsibilities such as cash handling and store operations
