We are an established and growing interior design and home décor business seeking a self-motivated, business-minded Sales Representative to join our team.

Our business encompasses a wide range of products, including window coverings, drapery, carpets, flooring and furniture. We serve both individual consumers and business clients, offering a variety of sales opportunities and projects.

You don't need an interior design background to succeed in this role. We provide comprehensive training across multiple home décor disciplines. What matters most is your ability to sell, your willingness to learn, and your commitment to providing an excellent customer experience.

What You'll Do

- Build relationships with new and existing customers.• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.• Develop sales through both business-to-business and direct-to-consumer opportunities.• Manage customer projects with care, accuracy and attention to detail.• Follow up on opportunities and develop repeat business and referrals.• Participate in limited sales floor activities to generate leads and build customer relationships.

Sales experience is an asset. Experience in furniture, flooring, building materials, home improvement, retail or other consultative sales environments is particularly relevant. Interior design training or experience is not required.
