Job Title:

Door to Door Sales Representative – $18/hr + Commission (Up to $1,500/week) – GTA

Pay: $18.00/hour base pay, plus commission — top performers earn up to $1,500/week in commission on top of base pay.

Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week (including some weekends).

NRG Home Team is hiring Door to Door Sales Representatives across the GTA to promote home energy upgrade programs for homeowners, including current rebate opportunities that make this an easy, in-demand pitch.

You'll be knocking doors, talking to homeowners, and booking appointments or closing sales. No experience necessary — we provide 1 week of paid training plus daily team meetings and ongoing coaching to help you grow.

What you'll do:

- Knock doors across the GTA and talk to homeowners about home energy upgrade programs
- Book appointments or close sales on the spot
- Track leads and report daily activity to your team leader
- Join daily team meetings for coaching, role-play, and updates
- Build your sales skills over time through hands-on coaching, feedback, and real-world practice

Requirements:

- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Comfortable talking to strangers and working through rejection — self-motivated
- Willing to learn sales and grow through ongoing sales education and coaching
- Available 5 days/week minimum, full time
