About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our remote team in Canada.

In this role, you will help customers understand our products and services, answer questions, build relationships, and support business growth through professional communication.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and working toward transparent goals. Candidates with experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, account management, or client support are encouraged to apply.

Training and support will be provided to help you understand our processes and succeed in the role.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with potential and existing customers through phone, email, and online channels
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Follow up with leads and maintain professional customer relationships
- Explain products, services, and available options clearly




- Maintain accurate customer information and activity records
- Assist customers throughout the sales process
- Achieve individual and team performance goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
- Provide skilled and helpful service at every interaction

Pay: $48,450.00-$98,300.00 per year
