Job Summary

Excellent handwriting and calligraphy skills are essential, as the role involves writing names and personal messages on ornaments neatly and accurately.

As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you will help customers find the perfect Christmas ornaments, assist with personalized orders, and create a positive shopping experience during the holiday season. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, interacting with customers, and creating beautifully personalized products.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, helpful service.
- Promote and sell personalized Christmas ornaments and related products.
- Help customers choose designs and personalization options.
- Handwrite names and messages on ornaments using neat, attractive calligraphy or lettering.
- Ensure all personalized orders are accurate, presentable, and completed with attention to detail.
- Process customer purchases and handle payments accurately.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and attractive sales display.




- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Assist with opening, closing, restocking, and other daily retail duties.

Qualifications and Skills
- Robust sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent handwriting, lettering, or calligraphy skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable approaching and assisting customers.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Previous retail or sales experience is an asset but not required.
- Experience with calligraphy, hand lettering, crafts, or personalized products is a strong asset.

Availability Requirements
- Availability during November and December 2026 is required.
- Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
- Must be available to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and busier shopping days.
- Reliable attendance throughout the Christmas season is essential.
