Chatman's Bakery is a busy wholesale bakery seeking dependable and hardworking Seasonal Bakery Workers to support our summer production season. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a production-focused team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with large-scale baking and food production
- Portion, package, label, and prepare products for wholesale orders
- Pick and organize orders for delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area
- Follow recipes, production schedules, and safety procedures
- Support bakers and production staff as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (start times may be as early as 5:00 am) and work overtime as needed
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to [weight, e.g., 50 lbs]
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Previous bakery, food production, or warehouse experience is an asset, but not required
