Guards will monitor premises, respond to incidents, and engage respectfully with staff and visitors to maintain a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities
Patrol and monitor assigned areas.
Respond to emergencies and incidents.
De-escalate conflicts using non-confrontational methods.
Assist with evacuations and safety procedures.
Write clear and accurate reports.
Collaborate with team members and other departments.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid security license (as per provincial regulations).
Permanent security guard license preferred.
Strong communication and decision-making skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and work well in a team.
