We are seeking a highly vigilant and professional Security Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment across our facilities by monitoring activities, preventing loss, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. This role is vital in safeguarding company assets, employees, and visitors through proactive security measures and surveillance techniques.

Duties

- Conduct regular patrols of premises to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security threats.
- Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, to observe activity and respond promptly to suspicious behavior.
- Respond to security incidents or emergencies swiftly and effectively, following established protocols.
- Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary and assist in investigations related to security breaches.




- Enforce access control policies by verifying credentials and managing visitor or employee entry points.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional presence on-site.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and loss prevention techniques.
- Excellent observational skills with the ability to identify suspicious activity quickly.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Good communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and effectively.
- Physical fitness to perform patrol duties and respond rapidly when needed.
