Duties

- Monitor premises continuously using CCTV systems to identify suspicious activity or security breaches
- Control access points by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors to ensure authorized entry
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to observe security conditions and prevent theft or vandalism
- Respond swiftly to alarms or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders as needed
- Perform detailed inspections of individuals and packages to prevent loss prevention issues
- Maintain accurate logs of security activities, incidents, and visitor records for accountability and reporting purposes




- Utilize surveillance technology effectively to support loss prevention initiatives and ensure compliance with safety protocols

Experience

- Prior experience in law enforcement, security services, or related fields is highly desirable
- Familiarity with surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras and monitoring software
- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and techniques to minimize theft and vandalism
- Strong observational skills with the ability to identify potential risks quickly and accurately
- Excellent communication skills for explicit reporting and effective coordination with emergency responders
- Ability to remain alert during long shifts while maintaining professionalism under pressure
