Summary:

This position will provide support with financial reporting, audit readiness, and month-end close processes. This candidate brings a strong understanding of accounting principles, a detail-oriented approach to analysis, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external auditors.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Conduct month‑end and year‑end closing processes
- Experienced in responding to auditor inquiries, preparing supporting schedules, and coordinating timely follow-up during audit cycles.
- Prepare or support tax filings and ensure compliance with tax laws
- Strong ability to perform variance analysis, identify key drivers of financial results, and explain fluctuations clearly to management.
- Comfortable reviewing account activity, investigating discrepancies, and supporting process improvements that strengthen financial controls and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant skilled experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills for working with executives, auditors, and team members.




- Leadership capabilities for supervising accounting staff.
- Actively working toward CPA completion, demonstrating commitment to continued professional growth and technical accounting development.

Compensation Range: $82,000 - $95,000
