Description

Bring bold ideas to life through compelling visuals that connect brands with their audiences. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will combine exceptional design craft with generative AI tools to create engaging marketing content across digital and print channels. Working closely with customers and creative teams, you will shape concepts, build campaign assets, and deliver high-quality variations in a fast-moving environment where creativity and innovation drive the work.

Key Responsibilities

- Create compelling visuals for advertising, social media, email, and print.
- Translate creative briefs into distinctive, brand-aligned design concepts.
- Apply typography, colour, and layout to strengthen visual communication.




- Produce campaign variations across formats, audiences, and channels.
- Integrate generative AI tools into design and production workflows.
- Present concepts to customers and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
- Manage competing deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of design experience in an agency, studio, or in-house team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual craft, detail, and design fundamentals.
- Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Creative Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Firefly, GenStudio, Midjourney, or comparable tools.
- Experience with brand systems and high-volume creative production.
- Background in performance marketing, digital advertising, or activation campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, and strong consulting/professional services experience.
