As a Barber, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the appearance and confidence of our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and the overall salon environment.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on styles and products.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments.
- Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.

Skills
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques and knowledge of various hair types.
- Experience in upselling services and retail products is highly desirable.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to sanitation standards.
- Front desk experience is a plus, including managing appointments and transactions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and team members.
