Building Envelope / Concrete RestorationSpecialist for its GTA practice.

We're looking for someone who has developed strong technical experienceworking with existing buildings and structures and wants an opportunitythat provides both interesting project work and a longer-term path intoleadership.

Our client has an established practice delivering building envelope,structural restoration and rehabilitation projects and is looking to add anexperienced qualified who can take on increasing responsibility forprojects, clients and the development of the practice.

The Chance

You will work on the investigation, assessment and rehabilitation ofexisting buildings and structures throughout the GTA.

Projects may include

Building envelope investigationsand rehabilitation

Concrete repair and restoration

Waterproofing and waterinfiltration investigations

Structural rehabilitation

Building investigations andforensic assessments

Rehabilitation design andconstruction administration

You'll have the opportunity to manage projects from the initialinvestigation through design and construction while developing directrelationships with clients and contractors.

Requirements

What We're Looking For





We're interested in speaking with experienced professionals from buildingscience, building envelope, structural restoration and concrete rehabilitationconsulting backgrounds.

Your experience may include

Building envelope investigationand rehabilitation

Concrete restoration and repair

Condition assessments andtechnical investigations

Rehabilitation design andspecifications

Construction review and contractadministration

Managing consultants, contractorsand project stakeholders

Preparing technical reports andrecommendations

Developing and maintaining clientrelationships An engineering background and

P.Eng. designation would be highlyrelevant, although we are interested in discussing the opportunity withaccomplished building envelope and restoration professionals whose experiencealigns with the role.

Compensation

Up to

$150,000 base salary , depending on experience, with bonusand benefits in addition .
