INSITE is seeking a Senior Project Manager & Civil Engineer to lead land development and municipal infrastructure projects. You will report to the Company Owner, drive client relationships, and guide project execution with technical oversight to uphold the firm’s integrity.

The role requires a PEO-licensed engineer with 10+ years in municipal design, proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, and solid leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
