Join us as a Senior Finance & Inventory Executive on a 5-month contract (Dec 26- April 27) and get hands-on experience across finance, inventory control and business operations in a fast-moving FMCG setting.
You will play an important role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity and visibility of our inventory across the organisation. Beyond routine reporting, you will work closely with Finance, Operations and Warehouse teams to analyse stock movements, monitor inventory aging, investigate discrepancies, manage stock disposals and support process improvements.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving operational issues and seeing how finance connects directly with the day-to-day running of a business. You will gain valuable exposure to inventory control, business operations,
ERP systems and management reporting.

Key responsibilities
- Monthly inventory and stock movement reporting
- Inventory aging and slow-moving stock analysis. Monitor damaged and expiring stock and ensure proper documentation.
- Stock reconciliation and support month-end inventory closing
- Ensure ensure order fulfillments
About you
- Familiarity with Microsoft ERP such as Business Central advantageous
