Xanadu is seeking a qualified lawyer to lead cross-border securities and governance activities from Toronto, with a move to Mississauga planned. The role focuses on continuous disclosure, board matters, and regulatory policy across global subsidiaries.

You will work closely with Finance, Tax, and Treasury teams, and may support equity programs. The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in corporate law, active bar status in Canada or US, and experience with SEDAR/EDGAR.
