Position:

Senior Product Manager

- Seeking a
Senior Product Manager with 10+ years of integrated enterprise project management experience across business and I⁢ teams, managing complex, multi-year, multi-million-dollar projects.

- Proven expertise in product vision, strategy, roadmapping, stakeholder management, and prioritization of projects, requirements, resources, and deliverables.

- Solid experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, financial forecasts, cost assumptions, risks, issues, changes, and resource reconciliation

.

- Hands-on experience with

Agile/Scrum methodologies, Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), product backlogs, and project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Kanban.

- Experience managing

Oracle Siebel CRM projects

, IT technology deployment and rollout, Oracle environments, and end-to-end electronic solution delivery.





- Demonstrated ability to lead technology infrastructure procurements, QA activities, project integration, and cross-functional delivery involving business, technical, policy, legal, communications, and privacy teams.

- Strong documentation expertise in business cases, Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), Threat Impact Assessments, Requests for Service (RFS), and Requests for Information (RFI)

- Knowledge of

Lean Six Sigma

, public-sector ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and release management, and enterprise support models.

- Experience with public sector business processes, governance, project gating procedures, and government IT infrastructure procurement and implementation
