WildBrain Studios is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for animated feature productions, reporting to the Director, Workforce Management. You will translate production needs into hiring strategies, build pipelines, and ensure a high-touch candidate experience in a hybrid Vancouver setting.

You will partner with Production and Artist Management, develop sourcing strategies, and coach hiring managers on interviews and inclusive hiring.
