North Bar & Grill located inside the Ramada Northern Grand Hotel is seeking servers to join our team! This position is permanent part-time or full-time.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Deliver attentive, personalized service in a fast-paced casual upscale dining workplace.
- Provide detailed menu descriptions, daily specials, and food and beverage recommendations.
- Accurately enter orders, accommodated dietary requirements, and communicated special requests to kitchen staff.
- Maintain high standards of table presentation, cleanliness, and dining room organization.
- Anticipate guests' needs and recognize and solve service concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Promote menu items, beverages, and desserts through effective upselling techniques.




- Process payments and maintain accurate billing
- Complete opening, closing, and side duties.
- Collaborate with service and kitchen teams to ensure efficient service and a positive dining experience.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.25-$19.76 per hour

Experience:
