Duties

- Take accurate reservations and manage waitlists using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Provide attentive and friendly service throughout the dining experience, including taking orders and delivering food
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Assist with setting up tables, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming dining setting
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems, including handling cash and credit transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold high standards of hospitality
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Strong guest service skills with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to assist others
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
