Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers professionally and understand their vehicle service and maintenance needs.
- Prepare repair orders, explain recommended services, and provide accurate estimates.
- Work closely with technicians and the service team to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and on time.
- Proactively recommend maintenance and additional services based on vehicle needs.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat service business.
- Follow up with customers, maintain service appointments, and identify opportunities to grow the service department.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and address concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate repair orders, customer records, and payment transactions.
- Take ownership of daily responsibilities and contribute to achieving departmental sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications & Experience




- Previous automotive dealership Service Advisor experience is strongly preferred.
- Positive understanding of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and automotive service operations.
- Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills.
- Ability to confidently recommend and sell services while maintaining customer trust.
- Organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Comfortable working with dealership management systems and computers.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- A team player who takes initiative and is willing to go the extra mile.
