The Ideal Candidate: As a member of our Commercial Flat Roofing Team, you will be installing a variety of roofing systems. The ideal candidate will be:

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills including the ability
- to effectively communicate
- Demonstrated ability to teach skills and work effectively with others
- Good observation skills and problem-solving abilities
- Working knowledge of a variety of roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, SBS, PVC, Tar
- & Gravel)
- Solid torching exp (Ticketed )
- Ability to match roofing systems with the appropriate tools and products
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and exemplary leadership and customer service.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy roofing materials
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and climb ladders, scaffolding and stairwells to work at heights greater than 10 feet

Requirements

- Minimum 5 + years of experience in the commercial roofing industry
- Driver’s license required and your own transportation is considered an asset
- Can safely operate vehicles,



mechanical devices and/or equipment
- Ability to work at various heights while adhering to safety protocols
- Can perform physical activity on regular basis
- Fluent in the English language and can clearly communicate with supervisors, clients, and co-workers
- Be able to follow and understand safe work procedures
- Complete and submit all paperwork required in the requested timeframes
