ProStitch is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Industrial Sewer / Seamstress to join our growing team!
We specialize in custom canvas products, upholstery, awnings, tarps, and insulated portable toilet covers. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a hands-on manufacturing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines to sew heavy-duty fabrics, vinyl, PVC, and canvas materials.
- Sew and assemble insulated portable toilet covers and other custom products.
- Follow patterns, measurements, and production instructions.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience operating industrial sewing machines is preferred.
- Experience sewing heavy materials, canvas, vinyl, or upholstery is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Dependable, punctual, and motivated.
- Willingness to learn recent skills and work in a manufacturing environment.
