Production Worker

Full-Time | Manufacturing

Keith’s Custom Sheet Metal Inc. is a custom HVAC sheet metal manufacturer specializing in fabricated ductwork and fittings. We are looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Production Worker to join our shop team.

This is a hands-on manufacturing position working alongside experienced journeymen sheet metal workers. The role involves a variety of fabrication, assembly, material handling, shipping, and general shop duties.

What You’ll Do

- Assist with the fabrication and assembly of HVAC ductwork and fittings
- Cut, form, handle, and assemble sheet metal components
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal machinery
- Read drawings, measurements, dimensions, and production instructions
- Prepare materials and components for production
- Check finished products for quality and accuracy
- Assist with receiving incoming materials
- Prepare completed orders for shipment or customer pickup
- Load, unload, and organize materials and finished products
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Assist with equipment maintenance and other shop duties as required

- Is mechanically inclined and enjoys working with machinery
- Has good problem-solving skills
- Can read measurements and work accurately
- Is comfortable learning new equipment and processes
- Is dependable, punctual, and takes responsibility for their work




- Pays attention to detail and takes pride in producing quality work
- Can learn from experienced tradespeople and apply what they learn
- Works well independently and as part of a small team
- Is comfortable performing physical work in a manufacturing environment
- Takes workplace safety seriously

Previous experience in sheet metal, HVAC manufacturing, metal fabrication, welding, machining, manufacturing, construction, or mechanical work is an asset, but not required. The right person with robust mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn can be trained.
