We are seeking a dedicated Installer to join our team, responsible for installing various products and systems at client sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and installation instructions to ensure accurate setup of products or systems.
- Install equipment, fixtures, or systems according to specifications, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening.
- Test installed systems for functionality and troubleshoot any issues that arise during or after installation.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to schedule installation appointments and confirm requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe work workplace by adhering to safety protocols and handling tools and materials responsibly.
- Complete all required documentation, including installation reports and checklists, accurately and promptly.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking tools, parts, and materials used during installations.
Skills
- Proven experience in installation work or related technical roles is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients.
- Physical dexterity and stamina to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various environments.
