Job Summary

Join our agile team as a Sign Installer and bring visual communication to life! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of signage solutions across multiple locations. Your expertise will ensure that signs are securely mounted, properly aligned, and visually impactful, contributing to brand visibility and safety.

Responsibilities

- Install a wide range of signs including channel letters, banners, vinyl graphics, and illuminated displays with precision and attention to detail
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions to ensure accurate placement and alignment
- Use hand tools, power tools, lifts, and scaffolding safely to mount signs on various surfaces such as walls, poles, or buildings
- Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and identify potential challenges before beginning work
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing signage to keep displays in optimal condition
- Collaborate with project managers, clients,



and team members to coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely completion
- Maintain safety standards by adhering to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols during all phases of installation

Requirements

- Proven experience in sign installation or a related field such as construction or electrical work is highly preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and installation instructions clearly and accurately
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy signs and work at heights using ladders or lifts safely
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot installation issues efficiently
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles when needed
- Knowledge of electrical components for illuminated signage is a plus but not mandatory
- Commitment to safety practices and attention to detail in all aspects of work
