About BCF Contracting Group

BCF Contracting Group is a luxury residential renovation company serving homeowners across Toronto and the GTA. Much of our work happens in clients' homes, often while they live there. That means the way a site is run matters as much as the finished product. We are looking for a Site Leader who runs a job site with control, care and pride.

The Role The Site Leader runs our job sites day to day. You lead the crews and subtrades, keep the schedule moving, hold the quality bar high, keep the site safe, and act as the professional, on-site point of contact for our clients. This is a leadership role first: we need someone people want to follow, who takes ownership and fixes problems before they grow.

What You Will Do

Lead crews and subtrades

- Run daily operations on assigned job sites, from start-up to final handover.
- Direct and coordinate in-house crews and subtrades, set daily priorities and make sure every trade knows what is expected of them.
- Hold everyone to scope, standards and schedule, and deal with performance issues directly and professionally. Own the schedule

- Plan and manage site schedules, trade sequencing and material deliveries.
- Look ahead, spot delays and conflicts early, and work with operations to resolve them. Deliver luxury-level quality

- Enforce a high finish standard on every trade and inspect work at each stage before the next one starts.
- Manage deficiencies and punch lists through to client sign-off. Run a safe site

- Keep sites safe, clean and organized in line with the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act and construction regulations.
- Lead safety talks, enforce PPE and fall protection, and keep site safety documentation up to date. Communicate with clients in occupied homes

- Be the qualified face of BCF on site:

give homeowners clear, regular updates and answer questions calmly and respectfully.
- Protect the home and the people living in it: dust control, floor and finish protection, secure access, and a tidy site at the end of every day.

- Keep management informed with progress updates, photos and site reports.

What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience leading residential renovation or construction sites as a site supervisor, site lead, foreman or lead hand.

High-end or luxury residential experience is a strong asset.

- Strong leadership skills: you set the tone, earn the respect of crews and subtrades, make decisions and take ownership of results.
- Solid knowledge of residential construction sequencing and the Ontario Building Code.

- Working knowledge of Ontario health and safety requirements. Worker/Supervisor Health and Safety Awareness and Working at Heights training (or willingness to obtain).
- Clear, calm, professional communication in person, by phone, text and email, especially with homeowners.

- Highly organized and comfortable with scheduling and using a smartphone for photos, reports and communication.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable transportation to job sites across the GTA.
- A hands-on trade background is an asset.

Compensation: $85,000–$105,000 per year, based on experience.

How to Apply
