I'm Andrew Packer, a touring stand-up comedian with 5M+ followers across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook, and the host of the podcast Laugh It Off. I run the business on my own, and I'm hiring one organized person to keep my content moving from raw footage to posted.

You'd work with me directly through every stage: footage comes in, clips get cut, captions get approved, posts go out. It's about 10 hours a week on your own schedule, so it works alongside school or another job. Pay starts at $250 a week and grows as the hours and responsibilities do.

What you'll do

- Schedule daily posts across six platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, Reddit)
- Prepare content, captions and hashtags and send them to me for approval
- Upload and organize footage
- Find and log timecodes in footage, and relay them to the editor
- Review the editor's work against my cut sheet, the checklist every edit has to meet
- Pick up and drop off SD cards in Leslieville

What you need

- To be highly organized, with a sharp eye for detail. This matters more than anything else on the list.
- Clear, prompt, professional email writing
- Confidence in Google Sheets and Excel




- A real interest in comedy and short-form social content
- To be based in Toronto
- Your own computer with at least 16 GB of RAM (Mac preferred) and strong wifi

- You use AI tools to speed up admin work
- You've made content of your own
