Responsibilities

- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring mutual value for clients and the company

- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using Salesforce or similar CRM tools




- Manage existing accounts to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities

Experience

- Proven success in B2B sales, particularly within the software or technology sector
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals
- Business development experience with a focus on expanding market reach
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical solutions clearly and persuasively
- Familiarity with CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data
