This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and is willing to clean.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete daily cleaning operations
- Maintain quality-control
- Handle client concerns professionally

- Communicate with management
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional cleaning experience
- Robust knowledge of cleaning practices
- Excellent attention to detail and work ethic
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel throughout Winnipeg and surrounding areas
- Criminal record check required
- Available for 20–40 hours per week
- Occasional evenings/weekends as needed

Compensation
- Starting wage: $17 -19 /hour
