Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Perform account reconciliations for bank statements, general ledger accounts, and other financial records to verify accuracy
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms to record transactions and generate reports
- Assist with payroll processing and related compliance activities to ensure accurate employee compensation
- Support adjusting entries process
- Conduct account analysis to identify trends, variances, or potential issues requiring further investigation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on accounting and tax activities and to support organizational goals
Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Xero or equivalent systems
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliation techniques
- Experience with accounts payable and receivable management processes
- Ability to perform detailed account analysis and support month-end closing activities
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and explaining complex financial information clearly
