The Staff Product
Designer will be a key member of Clio's dynamic Product Design team, contributing to innovations that enhance legal services. Candidates based in or near Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto should expect to work on-site at least twice a week. Your design expertise will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams, solidifying design as a core pillar of Clio's R&D; efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Create user-centered designs for legal technology products
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams for implementation
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing
- Mentor junior designers and share best practices Requirements:
- Proven experience as a product designer, 5+ years preferred
- Solid portfolio showcasing user-centered design
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma or Sketch
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
