- Manage applicant flow and conduct initial candidate screenings
- Enhance onboarding processes and coordinate new hire orientations
- Support recognition and rewards programs consistently
- Serve as a key HR contact for employee queries
- Collaborate with safety and operational teams for training events Requirements:
- 3+ years in recruitment or HR operations
- Experience with HRIS/WFM software, preferably Dayforce
- Strong knowledge of Alberta employment standards
- Exceptional communication skills for presentations and sessions
