About the Role

OAKBERRY is a fast-growing quick-service brand expanding across Western Canada. We’re looking for enthusiastic Team Members to join our English Bay Oakberry Location!

In this role, you’ll report to the Vancouver leadership team and play a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience in a dynamic, on-the-go environment.

Responsibilities

- Greet and serve customers with a friendly, positive attitude
- Prepare açaí bowls, smoothies, fruits, and toppings
- Follow operational procedures and food safety standards (temperature checks, product rotation, sanitation, etc.)
- Maintain a fast service time (2-minute turnaround goal)




- Handle customer questions and provide product recommendations
- Process orders and payments accurately
- Prepare and package mobile/online orders
- Keep the trailer and surrounding service area clean, stocked, and organized
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, pricing, and nutritional information

Qualifications & Requirements

- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
- Solid communication and listening skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- FOODSAFE Level 1 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a small-space setting

Preferred Skills

- Experience in customer service, food service, or retail (asset, not required)
- Familiarity with kitchen tools and food prep
- Experience with POS systems and/or mobile ordering platforms
