Support Worldsource advisors in optimizing technology and onboarding as a Platform Facilitator. This role focuses on engaging demonstrations and ongoing training to enhance advisor growth and adoption of the firm’s platform. Based in either Markham, ON or Vancouver, BC, the successful candidate will facilitate technology training sessions and provide first-level support for key advisor applications.
Your role is critical in helping both new and existing advisors maximize the firm's technology while ensuring a positive experience through comprehensive support. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compelling technology demonstrations to prospective advisors
- Collaborate with the Business Development team on demonstrations
- Maintain knowledge of the firm's technology offerings
- Facilitate onboarding sessions for new advisors
- Develop training materials and user guides Requirements:
- 5+ years in wealth management or technology enablement
- Solid presentation and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Experience with financial planning software
- Familiarity with advisor workflows and trading platforms Contribute to advisor success by championing technology adoption and delivering impactful training programs.
