SIGMAX is looking for a TEKLA Coordinator to serve as the central point of contact between our clients, detailers, and subcontractors, ensuring the successful delivery of steel detailing and modeling projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Review issued drawings and specifications and identify items requiring clarification;
- Plan and coordinate the work of detailing subcontractors;
- Monitor schedules, deliverables, and project priorities;
- Verify the consistency and accuracy of models and drawings produced;
- Prepare and track Requests for Information (RFIs);
- Participate in coordination meetings with clients;
- Ensure compliance with SIGMAX quality standards;
- Act as a technical resource for the detailing team.
What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience in steel structures;
- Strong proficiency with TEKLA Structures;
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously;
- Leadership, autonomy, and solid organizational skills;
- Excellent communication abilities;
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset;
- Proficiency in spoken and written French;
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (many projects are located in the United States).
