Sonsray employs over 500 people nationwide. We hire for character first and teach the trade, so most of our team has been here longer than most companies have been in business.

Our Partnership with the U.S. Army PaYS Program

What It Means to Be a PaYS Partner

We are proud to be an official corporate partner of the U.S. Army Partnership for Your Success (PaYS) program. This strategic initiative allows us to invest directly in America's service members. Through this partnership, we reconnect our business with the local military community and build a direct talent pipeline from the Armed Forces straight to our team. We don't just thank veterans for their service - we actively recruit, hire, and empower them.

Why We Stand Behind Our Service Members

Veterans bring unmatched work ethic, integrity, and drug-free reliability to the commercial workforce. By opening our doors to these highly trained individuals, we strengthen our business infrastructure while honoring the sacrifices made by the men and women of our military.

How We Help Veterans Transition and Succeed

Transitioning from military service to a civilian career can be challenging. We bridge that gap by offering actionable opportunities, security, and a clear path forward.

- Guaranteed Job Interviews: Every PaYS Soldier who selects our company is guaranteed a formal interview for open roles upon finishing their service.
- Direct Pipeline: We match Military Occupational Specialties (MOS) with our specific technical, mechanical, operational, and leadership needs.
- Skills Translation: We value military capabilities like discipline, team mechanics, and high-pressure problem solving, recognizing how they translate to corporate success.
- Veteran Support Network: We provide a workplace culture that understands military values, ensuring veterans feel supported from day one.
