Rohit Group is seeking a Manager, Employee Experience to lead culture and employee experience across divisions and cities. You will design programs that connect recent Rohitians with colleagues and foster belonging, retention, and meaningful engagement through buddy systems, mentoring, and community initiatives.
Reporting to the VP, People & Culture, you will own the culture calendar, oversee recognition programs, and translate people data into business terms for leaders.
