Co-Founder / Vice President – New Business Venture

Location: Southwestern Ontario

Compensation: 50% Company Ownership (Equity-Based Opportunity)

About the Opportunity

I am an established business owner and entrepreneur in Southwestern Ontario, currently in the early stages of launching a new company.

As I am already involved in operating multiple businesses, I am looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join me as a Co-Founder and Vice President, helping build and grow this new venture from the ground up.

This is an opportunity for someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset, strong business experience, and the time and dedication required to help establish a successful company.

What I'm Looking For The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience in business management, operations, or entrepreneurship.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- The ability to take initiative and work independently.
- A genuine interest in building and growing a business.
- The availability to dedicate significant time and effort to developing the company.
- A long-term mindset and willingness to take on the challenges associated with a startup.

Ownership & Compensation This is not a traditional salaried position. It is an opportunity to become an equal business partner.





The successful candidate will receive 50% ownership of the company, subject to a mutually agreed-upon partnership agreement.

It is important to understand that neither myself nor the Vice President will receive a salary or wages until the company becomes profitable.

Both partners will be investing their time and effort into establishing the business, with the goal of building a successful and profitable company together.
