We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven, hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, optimize workflows, and lead a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is critical to ensuring efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage, motivate, encourage teamwork and mentor warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, discipline and performance evaluations.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to ensure productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Create SOP’s.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.




- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits working towards annual inventory dispensation.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS-Sage 300) and other software tools to track and optimize operations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive lean practices.
- Manage facility expense budgets (warehouse supplies, building maintenance).

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and inventory control practices.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Counter-balance/Reach-truck valid certification

Pay: $90,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
