Job Overview

We’re looking for a reliable Welder/Fabricator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for welding, fabricating, and assembling metal parts to meet project specifications and quality standards. Pay

Wage will be based on experience and qualifications and discussed during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide fabrication and welding processes.
- Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas), SMAW welding and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding with precision to create strong, durable joints.
- Operate plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other power tools to shape metal components accurately.
- Use hand tools, calipers, and basic math skills to measure, cut, and assemble parts according to specifications.
- Conduct rigging tasks for lifting and positioning heavy materials safely using cranes or forklifts.
- Fabricate structural components, or custom metal assemblies for various projects in construction or manufacturing environments.




- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in welding (MIG and TIG) with a solid understanding of welding techniques and safety standards.
- Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in machining, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation.
- Ability to operate plasma cutting tools, press brake machines, power tools, hand tools, and forklift equipment.
- Strong understanding of rigging procedures and crane operations for lifting heavy materials.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes related to ductwork, assembly, or construction environments.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precise fabrication work.
- Previous experience with schematics reading and working with technical drawings is highly desirable.
