Position Summary
We are seeking experienced, motivated Journeyman Welders and/or Millwrights who are willing to travel to various job sites. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy diverse projects, take pride in their work, and are ready to step into leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform welding and/or millwright work in industrial and commercial environments
· Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
· Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and machinery
· Lead or support small crews on job sites
· Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards
· Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients
Travel Requirements
· Must be willing to travel for work assignments across multiple provinces
· Current and upcoming projects include Ontario and British Columbia
· Out-of-province work follows a rotation schedule (e.g., 2–3 weeks on, 1 week off – schedule may vary by project)
· Projects may require staying near job sites for extended periods
· Travel accommodations and per diems (if applicable) will be provided
