We have 2 Full time positions open:

We’re looking for a friendly and organized Veterinary Receptionist as well as an Animal Care Attendant

Client Service & Reception - Responsibilities

· Greet clients and their pets in a friendly, compassionate, and professional manner.

· Answer incoming telephone calls, emails, and client inquiries promptly and professionally.

· Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on veterinary appointments.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and patient medical records.

· Handle prescription and food orders, including preparing items for client pickup as directed by the veterinary team.

· Contact clients regarding follow-up appointments, test results, reminders, and other hospital communications as directed.

Animal Care Attendant Duties - Responsibilities

· Provide compassionate daily care to hospitalized patients.

· Feed, walk, clean, and monitor animals according to instructions provided by the veterinary team.

· Safely handle and restrain dogs and cats

· Observe patients for changes in behaviour, appetite, elimination, comfort, or general condition and promptly report concerns to the veterinarian or RVT.





· Assist veterinarians and Registered Veterinary Technicians with examinations, treatments, procedures, and patient handling as directed.

· Prepare examination rooms and treatment areas before and after appointments.

· Clean and disinfect kennels, examination rooms, treatment areas, equipment, and common areas.

· Handle animal waste, laundry, dishes, and general hospital cleaning as required.

· Stock examination rooms, treatment areas, reception supplies, and other hospital inventory.

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or medical office is an asset
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A passion for animals and customer care
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with veterinary management software (or willingness to learn)
