Reporting to the Director of People & Culture Technology, you will translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions. The role emphasizes collaboration with centers of excellence, Workday analysts, and IT teams to improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with stakeholders for requirements assessment
- Analyze needs and recommend user-focused solutions
- Prioritize use of AI, automation, and Workday tools
- Collaborate on integration and configuration strategies
- Manage multiple initiatives with a customer-centric approach Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or similar
- 5+ years of enterprise HRIS experience, including Workday
- Familiarity with automation and AI in HR applications
- Experience with People & Culture systems preferred
