The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting the warehouse supervisor in daily warehouse operations and floor coordination. This role combines warehouse administrative duties with team lead responsibilities, including labor coordination, task assignment, operational support, inventory and documentation control, and on-site communication.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations & Team Coordination

- Support the Warehouse Supervisor with daily warehouse operations and team coordination.
- Assign daily tasks and coordinate floor activities based on workload, staffing, and operational priorities.
- Lead and support warehouse staff in receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, inventory, and other warehouse activities.
- Actively participate in daily warehouse operations and physical tasks as needed to support the team and maintain workflow.
- Monitor productivity, work quality, attendance, and workflow progress, and report issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Provide on-the-job guidance and training to warehouse employees.
- Assist with inventory discrepancies, shipment issues,



and other operational exceptions.
- Support warehouse safety, SOP compliance, and a clean and organized work environment.

Administrative & System Support

- Maintain labor plans, timesheets, attendance records, and daily operational records.
- Enter and verify data in WMS, spreadsheets, and company systems.
- Track workload, order volume, productivity, and other operational data.
- Support warehouse supplies, cross-department communication, and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, distribution, or supply chain.
- Previous team lead, lead hand, or floor coordination experience preferred.
- Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, 3PL, or dropshipping operations preferred.
- Familiar with warehouse processes and WMS systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead a team while actively participating in daily warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and perform physical warehouse tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
- Forklift experience/certification is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
