Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are maintained. Duties

- Prepare and assemble food ingredients according to recipes and standards
- Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and presentation quality
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Serve dishes efficiently during service hours, ensuring timely delivery to guests
- Support team members in meal preparation during busy periods
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management

Experience





- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards is advantageous
- Familiarity with the food industry and meal preparation processes is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong understanding of proper food handling and sanitation practices
