O.G. Catering is a growing catering business looking for experienced and reliable Catering & Events Captains / Supervisors to join our team and help execute successful events.
Responsibilities
- Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and confirm event requirements.
- Coordinate with event planners, venue contacts, and on-site teams.
- Brief staff on event details, timelines, and assigned duties.
- Supervise event setup, food service, and breakdown.
- Lead and support service staff to ensure smooth event execution.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, food safety, and professionalism.
- Resolve on-site issues and communicate with management as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Banquet Captain, Banquet Supervisor, Catering Supervisor, or similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
- Food Handler and Smart Serve certifications are assets.
