We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Full-Time Material Handling Equipment Professional to join our vibrant warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of heavy equipment and material handling tools to ensure productive warehouse distribution, shipping, and receiving operations. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on expertise will be vital in supporting smooth workflows, safe lifting practices, and timely order fulfillment. This position offers an energetic environment where your skills will directly contribute to the success of our logistics operations.
Duties
- Operate heavy equipment including forklifts, reach truck and other material handling machinery to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse
- Load, unload, pick, put-away, consolidate, stack and stage products and materials using MHE
- Reconcile inbounds with packing slips
- Provide a strong level of customer service to internal and external customers
- Support shipping and receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Report errors and/ or issues to appropriate member of leadership to ensure accuracy
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications / Skills
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent required
- Proven warehouse distribution experience with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics workflows
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and maintenance
- Hands-on experience with order pickers, forklifts, crane operation, clamp trucks, and other heavy machinery
- Prior involvement in shipping & receiving activities within a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and reading skills to perform job tasks and complete necessary paperwork
- Weekend availability is preferred
- Fluency in Korean is required for internal/external communication

- Compensation : Commensurate with experience
- Probation : 90 days
