This might be the perfect chance for you.Gary Moe Mazda is looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team temporarily for the busy fall tire season.This position will start immediately and run until approximately mid-December. If you have previous dealership Service experience and are looking for a short-term opportunity to earn some extra money heading into the holidays, we want to hear from you.We need someone who understands the pace of a busy automotive Service Department and can step in quickly to help keep our customers, appointments, and workflow organized.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating Service appointments
- Helping manage the increased volume of tire-season customers
- Greeting and communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering incoming Service calls and assisting with appointment inquiries
- Confirming appointments and helping maintain an organized Service schedule
- Communicating with Service Advisors, technicians, Parts, and other departments
- Assisting with customer follow-up and status updates
- Helping coordinate shuttle and transportation requirements when needed
- Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle information
- Supporting the Service Department wherever required during peak periods

What We’re Looking For

- Previous automotive Service Department experience is required




- Previous experience as a Service Coordinator, Service Advisor, appointment coordinator, or in a similar dealership role is preferred
- Strong customer-service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Confident answering phones and communicating with customers
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Experience with dealership management or scheduling software is an asset

Compensation$17.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience.Position Details
